WTS: Lancair IV-P N451M G3X TKS

This IV-P with TKS is available. It is a terrific buy for someone looking for a modestly priced IV-P with the expensive and time-consuming TKS installation already done and tested. This IV-P has been extensively upgraded with a nice G3X panel, new interior and recent paint, brand new Hartzell scimitar propeller and a complete IRAN'd TSIO-550 engine. The nose gear has the newer drag links. It has TKS in the leading edges. The TKS reservoir and electric AC compressor are behind the bulkhead allowing AC to operate on the ramp with a GPU hookup.

The owners acquired this IV-P in August 2025 and have two IV-P. They have decided to keep their other IV-P because they typically carry four people and this N451M is 3 people with the rear mounted AC and TKS. The owners are motivated not to hold it into the winter and it went to Montana at 252 KTAS so this is a fast IV-P considering the TKS.

I drove yesterday to Denver to help with the delivery of this n451m iv-p at centennial. Repairs were performed over the last 7 months and I’m guessing delays were typically from engine disassembly, new propeller delays from Hartzell and other jobs at this massive facility. Looks good from the office window!

Crazy days! This gorgeous IV-P w/G3X, TKS, new prop, fully IRAN engine. oh mags, electric compressor for AC, ADSB in/out, warranty work by Straight Flight (division Sierra Nevada Corporation), fully flight tested, pressure hull tested is available again.

The Straight Flight people working on the plane reported it is very well built and with two people and 65g the maintenance manager who went on the test flight (and has an RV) said it performed like a rocket. It has six new cylinders provided voluntarily by the owner to make it absolutely ready for another 1000 hours and those also come with full new warranty.

My mailing list for this TKS IV-P is getting notified today so call if you are interested while I'm near the airplane at KAPA. It won't last. Here is a pic beside the TTX and you can see Straight Flight is a full composite, structures and paint shop.

here are some great pictures today from KAPA where the work was done in 2025 to IRAN the engine, new prop, composite repair and paint. The work orders are detailed and comprehensive. The flight tests and cross-country flights are completed. The hull was pressure tested at Straight Flight. This is a TKS IV-P with honed cylinders, new rings, new prop, dual G3X and a ton of features at a terrific price.
