I created this idea to give a clean cabin heat diffuser. I’ll have it mounted to the firewall behind the rudder pedals. It is on a 100 or 110 degree angle to put the heat below the pedals and not put any hot air on/near the brake master cylinders. (For over hung rudder pedals)
They will be on a legacy but could probably work for other models with 1.25 inch tubing. If we get 10 units the price drops significantly. Let me know if anyone’s interested in this design.im not looking to make any money on these just disperse a design within the group.

Jonathan, you could also consider an eyeball closing vent that works very well and is off-the-shelf and connects to the scat hose. Either 1.5 inches or 2 inches. The benefit is controllable flow and similar cost. Good luck and thanks for posting the part. Foot heat at altitude is one of the biggest problems in every aircraft I've owned. They were all fixed with Jonathan's idea of adding air ducting to the foot well.

Here is a recent picture showing an installation on Valin's Legacy with the eyeballs directed towards the footwells. It is an elegant solution that pipes into the stock heating system and provides variable flows using off-the-shelf components.
