That's fully right and your price is very attractive inside Lancair community.
I bought my manual $200 in year 93, for the five text wording grey binders only.
With 230% general inflation rate till now I checked on web, it would be $460.
FYI, engine bought $32.500 is now over $100.000, rate 300%.
And most useful are added documents which increase a lot the value of whole set
* Lancair Newsletters first, in which you get many tips for building and things which are NOT included in the revisions of manual. We paid a yearly subscription for them.
* full scale paper drawings called blueprints at that date, a MUST. Manual on line last revision shows how to do to be sure paper drawings are at the good size. Today we may perfom copies 101-102-xxx% to adjust to exact dimensions.
* I watch on photo several separate binders for chapters over 20 which are more detailed than in original grey manual, so more information.
