ES Nose wheel fork

ES Nose wheel fork

I need to replace a bent fork for my nose strut as part of a rebuild from a prop strike. This is on an ES. Part number GM014-4-1. If anyone has a spare or can direct me to a good shop to manufacture it, I would greatly appreciate it.
